    Swift Sterling is a short term instalment loan brand trading under MMP Financial Limited that offers customers loans from £200 to £1000.

    They first started operating in 2011 under the name of ‘My Money Partner Limited’ and switched to MMP Financial Limited in 2015. They have two brand names that they use to trade for loan-related products which are ‘Swift Sterling’ and ‘My Money Partner’.

    The loans that Swift Sterling offer are not payday loans but are still short term if you are looking for something that is a quick fix.

    You are able to borrow over a term of up to 5 months, which is longer than a payday loan but not so long that it will take you a long time to pay off.

    How the company works:

    If you wish to apply for a loan with Swift Sterling then you can apply online using their innovative application form.

    On Trustpilot, Swift Sterling’s star rating is only 2.5 stars over 5, which is way below average.

    However, the total number of reviews that have been left for the company is only 12 so far, so it is very hard to even get an idea about just how good they are from so little reviews. (Subject to change).

    Their excellent and good ratings combined are only at 45% and their bad and poor 58%.

    After looking at their reviews it seems that customers have a problem with Swift Sterling’s customer service and the lack of quality.

    Customers complain that they do not handle complaints very well and are difficult to get hold of or the team has been rude on the phone.

    Of the reviews that were rated good and excellent, customers say the company was amazing and the money was in their account within 2 hours!

    Swift Sterling has not yet replied to any of their customer’s reviews and hasn’t yet claimed the company as their own on Trustpilot.

    In the Press

    As of the 8th of July 2019, Swift Sterling has temporarily stopped receiving new applications for any of their loans. There is an announcement on their website which states the following:

    “We are not entering into new loans at this time whilst we make enhancements to our application systems and processes. We are aiming to re-open our application process shortly once these enhancements are complete, and you should check your self-service account for any updates.

    We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused”.
